Vinayaka College of Pharmacy was established in 2008 and is managed by Vinayaka Educational Society through its Management Committee duly constituted as per the norms.
Institute has been recognised by the Government of Himachal Pradesh and approved by AICTE & PCI, New Delhi. The Institute is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh Technical University, Hamirpur.

Laboratories
The Department offers excellent infrastructure with sophisticated equipment and well equipped laboratories; and knowledge in the form of a vast collection of relevant books and journals. Moreover, extensive publications in national and international journals of repute, speaks volumes of the Department’s commitment to research activities. Collaborative projects with reputed national and international pharmaceutical / research organizations have seen the Department grow in leaps and bounds in terms of its knowledge base and research capacity.
Library
The College has an excellent Library and Information Centre, one of the central support services of the institution, which acts as a primary source for information seekers, be it students, faculty or researchers. The library has been carefully designed to maximizes natural lighting to the users and provide a comfortable seating and reading environment.
Sports
Physical activity is also necessary for development of physical and mental abilities of an individual, sports propose lots of health benefits, and boost confidence. Vinayaka College of pharmacy provides sports facilities in the campus like Indoor & Outdoor games, which includes cricket, badminton, Volleyball, kabaddi, carom board, chess etc. We provide sports opportunity to the students to give performance at inter college level games. College also participate in youth festivals organized by Himachal Pradesh technical university and secured 1st Position in Group dance in 2017
